In this special 2 hour class, hit the “reset button” on your nervous system by treating yourself to a completely passive yoga practice. Class is focused on eight, completely supported, poses. Props can be created with items found around your home. This class is absolutely accessible for all levels.
Class disclaimer: Students may experience a sense of well being, a better night’s sleep, and overall “blissed” out feeling.
Optional Suggestions: Set up to practice near a wall and/or have 2 hours of your favorite, relaxing music ready to play.
Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!
About your teacher: Dawn has been a yoga teacher for nine years. Registered with Yoga Alliance, she has logged over 2,000 hours of teaching experience and received her E-RYT500 designation. Dawn is a military spouse and the mother of two small children. She finds yoga as a tool to deal with the challenges of life and to be a great personal development tool.
