Hit the reset button and relax. In this class, Betty will lead you through a series of poses for the purpose of releasing your muscles and allowing the poses to work on you!
Props are very helpful in this class. We recommend that you have:
Two yoga blocks (or small, but firm pillows)
Small towel (washcloth or hand towel), rolled
Strap (or long piece of fabric or long belt)
Bolster (or very sturdy pillow)
