SERIES: Hips, Shoulders & Core with Chelle – January 26th – March 12th – 11am PT Tuesdays & Thursdays
Join me on Tuesdays & Thursdays starting January 26th, for a small group special class series focused on hips, shoulders & core. Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays 11am PDT. Class limited to 10. First come – first served.
NOTE: Classes are 50 minutes long.
- Class Level: All Levels Welcome
- Ease/Intensity: Vigorous – prepare to breathe hard, have your heart rate up, and get sweaty
- Props: Block and strap recommended
- Class Meets: Tuesdays & Thursdays (1/26, 1/28, 2/2, 2/4, 2/9, 2/11, 2/16, 2/18, 2/23, 2/25, 3/2, 3/4, 3/9, 3/11).
About Your Teacher: Chelle started practicing yoga in 2007 in search of a workout where she wouldn’t have to work hard. Turns out that Power Yoga wasn’t easy at all, but the challenges she experienced on her mat were so impactful in how she was able to show up off of it, that she knew that she had to share the practice with as many people as possible. Chelle is an ERYT-500 Teacher with over 10,000 hours of teaching experience and is a Certified Tier 3 Baptiste Influencer through the Baptiste Institute. She & her husband Kris love to spend time traveling, playing with their rescue animals & of course, doing yoga. They are opening a retreat center in Mexico in 2020.
