This class has moments of rigor and moments to encourage complete relaxation. Whether you’re new to yoga or simply curious to explore an alternative flow, join Alana to meet your body right where it’s at, leaving you feeling competent, relaxed and renewed.
There are a few props that will be useful to have on hand for this class. If you’re not practicing near a couch or chair, having a stool/chair/couple large cans or anything to bring the floor a little higher nearby will be useful. Additionally, a strap (or belt), a couple cushions or pillows and a blanket will likely come in handy!
