Integrated Vinyasa Yoga is a system deeply rooted in intelligent, natural evolutionary patterns and cycles (Vinyasas) and emphasizes the subtle inner world we have the potential to access through our physical bodies and mindful movement. This class intends to challenge your comfort zone and awaken curiosity, creating a nice transition into the rest of their day.
You’ll will be guided through a creative sequence inspired to spark brain activity, ignite an energy to sustain the day and clear the slate for whatever is next.
About Your Teacher: Dannika is a 200-hour and 300-hour registered yoga instructor recognized through Yoga Alliance. She is a charismatic teacher who enlightens her students with authenticity and integrity, meeting them exactly where they are. She shares her yogic insight through mindful movements, creative transitions and pranayama practices with the intention of creating sustainability and holistic awareness. With a true passion for nature and adventure, Dannika also hosts beach/outdoor yoga classes, guides yoga hikes, teaches SUP yoga on the water and co-hosts international yoga retreats.
