It’s hump day… the perfect time to redress stress and feel tranquil and refreshed in just 35 minutes. We’ll create some inner space with slow gentle movements and stretches, supportive breathwork, and short meditations to calm and center the mind. This is a class suitable for all levels, even those with zero experience, and is easily adaptable for those with different needs. All you need is a rug or mat. You might also want to have a blanket and chair handy for comfort or modification.
Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!
About Your Teacher: Beth Ciesco, a certified yoga teacher, brings over 20 years experience in movement to Ompractice including various forms of dance; hatha, kundalini, and yin yoga; and somatics. She is also an experienced meditation, breath and voicework facilitator. She believes that yoga should be practiced with a sense of lightness, curiosity and patience. It is her privilege to help others find fascination and pleasure through mindful movement and yogic science. Dielle currently lives in the midst of the vineyards in western France.
