Vinyasa Yoga w/ Katy (50 min) // FRI 9AM ET / 6AM PT


Flow through a creative sequence of poses focusing on linking conscious breath to fluid movement to awaken your strength, energy, and flexibility. Leave feeling grounded and invigorated!

  • Class Level: all levels (beginner to intermediate)
  • Ease/Intensity: Moderate – you’ll get a great workout, and still have energy after class.
  • Prerequisite: Previous yoga experience strongly recommended

Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About Your Teacher: Katy is a registered yoga teacher trained in vinyasa, stationary, and yin yoga completing her initial training in 2011 with Yax Yoga Concepts in North Carolina. She is also an Army veteran, military spouse and mom of 4 kids. Katy has since been passionately sharing the life changing effects of a regular yoga practice with students in studios, on the beach, and in CrossFit gyms.  Katy looks forward to teaching you wherever you are in the midst of your life.
