About Your Teacher: Dawn has been a yoga teacher for seven years. Registered with Yoga Alliance, she has logged over 2,000 hours of teaching experience and received her E-RYT500 designation. Dawn is a military spouse and the mother of two small children. She finds yoga as a tool to deal with the challenges of life and to be a great personal development tool.
