Vinyasa Yoga (75 min) with Dawn // SUN 9AM ET / 6AM PT


Our Ompractice Vinyasa is class designed for you to flow through a creative sequence of poses focusing on linking conscious breath to fluid movement to awaken your strength, energy, and flexibility. Leave feeling grounded and invigorated!

  • Class Level: Advanced Beginner to Intermediate
  • Ease/Intensity: Moderate – you’ll get a great workout, (and still have energy after class)
  • Prerequisite: Previous yoga experience strongly recommended

Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About Your Teacher: Dawn has been teaching yoga since 2011. Registered with Yoga Alliance, she has logged over 2,000 hours of teaching experience and received her E-RYT500 designation. Dawn is a military spouse and the mother of two small children.  She finds yoga as a tool to deal with the challenges of life and to be a great personal development tool.
