About Your Teacher: Ashley started her yoga career in 2012 when she stepped into a studio and took her first power yoga class and has been a steadfast student ever since. She has completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training and now shares her love of the practice with anyone and everyone! She is a true believer in encouraging students to come as they are and to be willing to have fun discovering their true power through physical asana and mindful breath and movement.
