Vinyasa Yoga Express with Ashley (25 min) // FRI 12 PM ET / 9AM PT


A shortened version of our traditional Ompractice Vinyasa Yoga class to fit your schedule. Flow through a creative sequence of poses focusing on linking conscious breath to fluid movement to awaken your strength, energy, and flexibility. Leave feeling grounded and invigorated!

  • Class Level: all levels
  • Ease/Intensity: Moderate – you’ll get a great workout, (and still have energy after class)
  • Prerequisite: Previous yoga experience strongly recommended
  • Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About Your Teacher: Ashley started her yoga career in 2012 when she stepped into a studio and took her first power yoga class and has been a steadfast student ever since. She has completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training and now shares her love of the practice with anyone and everyone! She is a true believer in encouraging students to come as they are and to be willing to have fun discovering their true power through physical asana and mindful breath and movement.
