About Your Teacher: Lisa found yoga 10 years ago after an injury brought her to yoga. She has been practicing ever since, most of the time at YogaWorks, in the San Francisco Bay Area. Lisa received her diploma from YogaWorks, training under Melanie Salvatore August and Julie Conrad. Lisa’s focus is on “ASE” –Alignment, Stability and Elongation– to allow for a sustainable and satisfying practice. Her intention is to provide a safe space where you can immerse yourself in yoga, and leave class feeling relaxed, revitalized and awesome!
