About Your Teacher: Katie is trained both as a 200-RYT vinyasa yoga instructor and CrossFit Level One coach. She brings a unique understanding of the benefits of combining strength and flexibility to fitness. She is passionate about practicing yoga daily on and off the mat, whether it includes physical asanas, meditative silences, or active recovery.
