In this special two-hour class, rejuvenate your body through dynamic, flowing Vinyasa postures coupled with myofascial release (MFR) techniques to alleviate tension, hydrate tissues, and build mobility (strength and flexibility combined). Vinyasa postures and MFR techniques will all be intelligently chosen to flow together and to support preparation toward a more complex peak pose, to ensure your safest and fullest expression. MFR enhances recovery and restores neuromuscular connections through deliberate and mindful use of external tools; it’s more refined than gritting your teeth and haphazardly foam rolling. Class will culminate with a soothing savasana sound bath, using a steel tongue drum, to leave you fully refreshed and grounded.
About Angela: An E-RYT 500, YACEP and certified Reiki Master, Angela completed her initial 200hr YTT with Yax Yoga Concepts in Hot Vinyasa and Hot Yoga. The majority of her continued studies are through Yoga Medicine (founded by Tiffany Cruikshank), specializing in myofascial release, restorative, and yin to name a few.
Angela is a retired competitive skydiver, yogi, foodie, reiki healer, and travel enthusiast currently based in Florida.She enjoys creating unique yoga and energy healing experiences; focusing on healing from the inside out.

About Lisa: Lisa is a seasoned yogi completing her 200-hour certification with YogaWorks in New York in 2010 and finished her 300-hour certification with Grace Morales in North Carolina in 2014. She is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500 and YACEP and has logged more than 2,000 teaching hours. Additionally, Lisa co-leads Hot Asana Yoga University 200- and 300-hour trainings with Virginia Gallagher in both domestic and international locations and currently serves as Teaching Director at Hot Asana Yoga Studio & Boutique, in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
