Balance the Yang (active) aspects of your day with this slower paced style. The practice will help you to relax and unwind – to recenter yourself by stimulating Chi movement through Meridian Lines in the body and bringing mindfulness to your mind. Open to all levels, Yoga mat, two yoga blocks and a blanket are recommended.
