Yin Yoga (60 min) with Yasmene Mumby // TUES 8PM ET // 5PM PT

This class will be taught by Alice Riccardi on 8/24.

Experience a slower pace, meditative class focused on a selectively chosen number of seated postures to care for your tendons, ligaments, and connective tissues.

  • Class Level: all levels (suitable for beginners)
  • Ease/Intensity: Gentle – slow sustained movements on mat
  • Props: Blocks (books are great alternatives), firm pillow or bolster (rolled up towels are great alternatives), strap (towels, scarves, or ties are great alternatives)

Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!
