Balance your practice and reset your body in this slow-paced class where floor poses are held passively for several minutes. Focus on the body’s deep layers of connective tissue through static holds and leave with increased mobility and flexibility. Each class will focus on one or two meridians (energy lines) throughout the body.
About Your Teacher: Val completed her 200 hour RYT teacher training at Vertical Soul Yoga in 2014 and promptly continued to the 300 hour teacher training at Inner Vision Yoga. Yoga has seen Valerie through college, graduate school, two big moves to Arizona and Costa Rica and other transitions in life. Her goal in each class is to provide a balanced practice for all students regardless of limitations.
