Yoga For A Healthy Back (50 min) w/ Anita // MON 8:30PM ET / 5:30PM PT


If you want to walk through life feeling strong and flexible in your spine thus a healthy back, this class is for you. A beginner or seasoned Yogi, once a week consistently will yield the desired result.

  • Class Level: all levels (suitable for beginners)
  • Ease/Intensity: Gentle – slow sustained movements on mat
  • Props: yoga strap (a belt, towel, or housecoat strap are great alternatives)
  • Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About Your Teacher: Anita Barbero is a certified Kripalu Yoga and Baptiste Power level one yoga instructor, certified through The Human Performance Institute (HPI). She is also the founder of Renew Your Health, LLC as well as an inspirational speaker & workshop leader. Anita has over 25 years in the fitness & personal training space, working part of her career in the wellness department at ESPN.
