This Vinyasa-based class focuses on flexibility, core strength, balance, and breath awareness to promote peak performance for students at any level.   • Class Level: All Levels (beginners welcome!)
  • Ease/Intensity Gentle to Moderate – – slow sustained movements on mat and you’ll get a great workout (and still have energy after class).
