Joining yoga with high intensity interval training (HIIT) to increase fitness and strength while tapping into the breath and body movements of yoga. This class will take yoga inspired movements into 20-40 second intervals to bring about a more cardio-intensive workout while also increasing strength, flexibility and balance.
Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!
About Your Teacher: Val completed her 200 hour RYT teacher training at Vertical Soul Yoga in 2014 and promptly continued to the 300 hour teacher training at Inner Vision Yoga. Yoga has seen Valerie through college, graduate school, two big moves to Arizona and Costa Rica and other transitions in life. Her goal in each class is to provide a balanced practice for all students regardless of limitations.
