TUE: 11:15 – 12:30pm Flow and Restore w/ Cortney // Yoga Garden


If you’re seeking balance – this class is for you. We will move through a nice strong flow sequence to build heat and loosen up the muscles, followed by a 30-minute restorative sequence to stretch you out and bring you into a state of relaxation. This is a great class for body/mind detox after a long day or week.

Class Level: All Levels
Ease/Intensity: Active, balanced, relaxing
Props: Ideally 2 blocks (books or cans could work as an alternative), a bolster, strap, and blanket (couch pillows, belts or neck ties and towels are great substitutes)
