This is a powerful, energetic class that will both inspire and challenge you in your practice. This class will allow you to explore new poses and motions that will allow you to take your practice to the next level. Arm balances and more complex poses will be offered, but you are not required to know how to practice these postures to attend. Just come with an open mind, a playful attitude and a willingness to explore, grow and sweat. This class will round off with restful postures to stretch and relax the body after the work is done.
Class Level: Vinyasa experience recommended
Ease/Intensity: Active, strong, challenging
Props: Ideally 2 blocks (books or cans could work as an alternative), a bolster, strap, and blanket (couch pillows, belts or neck ties and towels are great substitutes)
