This class is a hybrid of yang (active yoga) with yin (passive yoga). This class will begin with 45-50 minutes of Vinyasa Flow Yoga to get you sweating and moving. We will then finish with 20-30 minutes of Yin yoga (or passive yoga) to create flexibility, mindfulness and softness. This balanced practice is geared toward releasing tension from the the connective tissues, creating space and integrity in the joints and removing blockages to internal energy flow. This class is suitable for all levels.

Props: Ideally 2 blocks (books or cans could work as an alternative), strap, and blanket (couch pillows, belts or neck ties and towels are great substitutes
