THURS: 5:30pm – 6:30pm (CT) Restore and Ease Yoga // Yoga Ya Ya
This class is a slow flow yoga with a focus on calming and slowing down your mind, body, and mood. Class will vary depending on the teacher. You can expect a class that moves your entire body while focusing on longer calming yoga poses with some restful Yoga Nidra meditation at the end.
