Bri has always been fascinated with the human mind, body and soul and what it is capable of. She started on her path 8 years ago when she began practicing yoga. Over the years she has learned a tremendous amount of information with mentors such as Marshan Sam, Shawna Schenk, Mark Knowles and a vast number of books and articles paving the way for her own journey...she has been able to transform her own life for the better, and is excited to share the medicine of mindful movement, yoga and meditation with others. She is a forever student and is the kind of teacher who enjoys turning anything into a learning moment for everyone. By opening up the mind, heart and body during practice, Bri helps bring moments of playfulness, creativity, discovery and wonder to yourself and surroundings--on and off the mat.
