Marie is a certified instructor at the 200 level through yogaspirit® Studios. She also studies alternative modalities for health and wellness and is a Holistic Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, Mindfulness Meditation Educator, Reiki Master/Teacher and Sound Healing Therapist (using Tibetan Singing Bowls). What Marie loves most about yoga is that it is a never-ending journey, with continual opportunities to delve deeper into the practice. She hopes to inspire others to experience their own lifelong yogic journey.

What started as an exploratory class in college quickly blossomed into a daily practice. Yoga has made me stronger physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It has prepared my body and seen me safely through five pregnancies. Yoga has revitalized my body during times of debilitating suffering due to chronic illness. It has lifted my spirits and reminded me to breathe when nothing else could. My passion for yoga led me to become certified at the 200 level through yogaspirit® Studios. What I love most about yoga is that it is a never-ending journey, with continual opportunities to delve deeper into the practice. I hope to inspire others to experience their own lifelong yogic journey.I live in the beautiful state of Washington with my husband, 5 children, numerous pets and love enjoying all the outdoor activities the PNW has to offer.
