Sandy loves sharing her knowledge of yoga whether it be anatomically or philosophically. She found yoga and first started meditating in her early twenties and found a silence and joy that matched how she felt when in solitude with nature. Sandy has 500 hours of certified training along with continuing to learn from teachers and students formally and informally. She has 2 adult sons and a pre-school age daughter whom she adores and supports unconditionally. She lives with her husband at the beach enjoying all that nature has to provide including teaching yoga on the beach and paddle board. She wishes that her students find their most authentic selves while practicing and treat themselves and others with kindness.
