Ompractice is partnering with participating VISN Whole Health programs across the VA to provide unlimited access to Ompractice's virtual yoga and meditation platform for veterans and the VA employees that support them. 

We make it easy to practice - and get the benefits from - yoga and meditation, all from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Access live, online yoga, tai-chi, qigong, and meditation classes lead by an instructor via two-way video.  Participating in group classes provides you feedback and support from your teacher in real time.  If you are just starting out or have a practice already, there's a class for you.
