At Ompractice, we make pricing simple in order to ensure that anyone has access to our program at an affordable rate. 

Ompractice for Individuals: 

• Monthly Unlimited Membership $24.99/month
• Annual Unlimited Membership $179.00/year

Ompractice Corporate Pricing: 

Our corporate rate is $19.99/student/month – either subsidized fully by the company, or simply offered as a pass through benefit to the employee at no cost to the employer other than a commitment to internal marketing of the program. Annual rates are $179.00/year unless purchased at group rates. Students may cancel at any time.

Corporate Billing: we bill quarterly, with further discounts for annual billing. No required locked in yearly contract.  

Pass Through Benefit Tier:

• Companies can choose to offer Ompractice as a pass-through benefit at no cost to the employer with an internal marketing commitment. The employee pays a reduced corporate price of $19.99/month, along with basic usage reporting.

Company Subsidized Performance Tier

• Cover the $19.99 monthly cost but only for those who use it. Create your own budget or usage cap. 

Group Pricing

For companies over 10,000 employees who wish to cover their entire distributed team or community, we offer group prices on a sliding scale that can be as low as $7-12/employee/year. 

We are happy to provide and coordinate occaisional in-person classes as part of a launch or request, but this service is an additional expense on top of our program. The real benefit of Ompractice is that employees can take classes on their own time. 

Signing up for Ompractice for your company is easy. A custom landing page and code is set up for your team and ready to go in just 48 hours! Ompractice provides your team with marketing and promotional materials for a smooth roll out, as well as suggested checklists for roll out and ongoing engagement with your employees! 

Yes! Ompractice provides support to all employees who have signed up via a corporate program. Students can reach out via email, or our live chat. No question is too small! Nevertheless, as an HR administrator, you might find that you still get questions from your employees about onboarding. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to your Ompractice account contact. 

Employees are directed to sign up through the company landing page, and a rotating code can be provided to ensure that only employees are signing up. Ompractice will furnish names of those who sign up for subsidized accounts. 

HR can send Ompractice a list of employees who leave the company. Their membership will remain active until the next billing cycle. (We request that you notify us of removed members by two weeks before the next cycle, in order to properly remove the member from your organization, and allow the student to add their own credit card to their account and maintain continuity of their practice.) 

Simply let us know, and they can be added to your account for the upcoming billing cycle. 

One of the benefits of Ompractice is that employees can access our classes on their own time. That said, we do have teams that wish to practice together in the office. Teams may choose to encourage a team class time - where team members sign into classes via their desk; or set up a conference room or break out space for yoga class. To ensure that all students are seen, we ask that all participants taking the class sign up individually via the site (for liability), and that a video conferencing camera shows all students taking the class.  

At Ompractice, our classes are live via two way video, and we do not share recordings after the class. We have classes at all times of day – but if you’d like to suggest a time that works best for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us! 

We record all classes for liability and quality control. We do NOT use these videos for marketing, nor do we offer access to these videos to students or other participants after the fact. 

One of the major benefits of Ompractice is that you are actually seen by a teacher who can assess your form, and provide real feedback. We do require that you use a camera to practice with us! (We promise, it’s not weird or creepy!) 

Payment is typically due at the beginning of each quarter. Please refer to your account manager to confirm your payment set up. 

 Yes! We offer anonymized reporting on usage and engagement to your admin. We’ll send you quarterly reports to show you how your team is doing, and how they are utilizing membership. Some of the metrics we typically track:

• Current members
• Members added (last 30 days, YTD) 
• Engagement stats:
  • Avg # of classes per week
  • % monthly active members

No. Due to privacy, we anonymize the data sent to the administrative team. 

Simply direct employees to your custom page, and have them sign up there. 

Yes! In addition to your company page, we have sample email outreach, as well as images and logos for you to use. If you’d like, we can also send you physical promotional materials such as banners and flyers for your office. 

While canceling attendance isn’t required, for students who want to let a teacher know they can’t make it, there is a link at the bottom of their confirmation email and we have a form here.
