How We Use Information You Provide To Use

  • Information About Your Health. When you sign up for a yoga class you have the opportunity to tell us about any health conditions you have. This helps your yoga instructor tailor the class to suit your individual needs or to make recommendations regarding the appropriateness of a particular class; and we will only use your health information for these reasons.

  • Your Image, Voice and Likeness. We may make audio and video recordings of you participating in yoga class. You consent to being the subject of any audio or video recordings made by us and grant permission for these to be stored and maintained by us. We use video conferencing platform created by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (“Zoom”) to enable video conferencing between and among the yoga instructor and students.   • Account and Contact Information. When you create an account and register for Services we ask for your contact information, which includes your full name, mailing address, telephone number and email. We use your contact information to confirm your registration in a class, notify you about a class change, changes to our policies, or if we are having difficulty processing your payment information. We use the eCommerce platform created by WooCommerce to support our Website.   • Your Email Address. When you create and account you will be invited to join our email list. You have the ability to Opt-In at this point, and subscription preferences may be changed by you at any time in the future by logging into the Ompractice Portal (https://www.ompractice.com/my-account/). We may use your email for direct marketing campaigns informing you of new, future or alternative services we are providing. We use the platform created by MailChimp to support our email communications and direct marketing.   • Your Billing Information. We will ask you to provide your billing information (such as your credit card number, bank account number, and billing address) when you register for Services. We use this information to get paid for providing the Services to you. We employ third-party encryption technology to keep your payment information secure. All registrations are made and processed directly through a fully-integrated third-party solution. We do not enter or store any payment information in our computers, networks, facilities, online databases or files. The portion of the platform where payment information is processed and ultimately stored is currently operated and controlled by Stripe, Inc. We do not review your billing information if you engage in a payment transaction, although we do know the amount that is charged to your credit card or debited from your bank account in any such transaction. We may change our payment processor at any time, in which, case, we will update this Privacy Policy.

You may, of course, decline to submit any information to us, in which case we may not be able to provide certain services to you. All information gathered by us is treated as confidential and will not be shared with a third party, except those parties listed in this Privacy Policy, for the reasons listed in this Privacy Policy.

We may collect information about you from other sources, such as through certain features on the Website you elect to use, but only where these third parties either have your consent or are otherwise legally permitted or required to disclose your information to us. Examples include:
