Monday Motivation: Quote Notes

At Ompractice, we are always looking for new ways to stay motivated and inspired on our path.

An easy tip: grab a post it note and a sharpie, and leave yourself notes with quotes – on your bathroom mirror, in your planner, or on the fridge.

We find that the virtual post-it quote is just as lovely! Here are a few of our favorites this week. Pin these to your Pinterest, send one to a friend in email, or feel free to share the love to your Facebook or Twitter.

“You need to learn how to select your thoughts just the same way you select your clothes every day. This is a power you can cultivate. If you want to control things in your life so bad, work on the mind. That’s the only thing you should be trying to control.” – Elizabeth Gilbert

“The most difficult times for many of us are the ones we give ourselves.” ––Pema Chödrön

“People turn to meditation because they want to make good decisions, break bad habits, and bounce back better from disappointments.” – Sharon Salzberg

“With mindfulness, you can establish yourself in the present in order to touch the wonders of life that are available in that moment.” – Thich Nhat Hanh

“Without conscious and deliberate effort, inertia always wins.” – Tony Hsieh
